Second visit...different car. Prairie Road did extensive work on my PT Cruiser and kept me posted during the day as to what they were finding. I then had the choice to say stop...I'd better just buy a new car. I've had my car back for about one month, and I am totally pleased. Also, the owner and his employees were all so friendly and helpful.

As always I was pleased with the professional attitude, friendliness, and the short length of time for service. I had a 10 a.m. appt. and was 10 minutes early--my car was immediately put in the bay and service completed by 10:25. All of the check-points were completed, and they don't find something wrong every time I have routine service work done as my former dealership did. My car's performance has been great for the many months I've been having service work done at Prairie Road Automotive.

Thank you for the wonderful work you did on my 1997 Escort. Your business is amazing. You picked me up from my home (Lori is so friendly) and picked me to go get my car when it was done. You provide very good service and I tell people whenever I can that you treat me very well!!!!!

Prairie Road Automotive was amazing in our time of need. We had a work bus break down and they not only got it done at a very reasonable price, they made sure they had it done for our guys by the end of the same day. Thank you so much for great work!

Prairie Road Automotive was the only shop (out of 6 others that I tried out) to find out the real problem in my Rodeo a few years back- the intake manifold gasket, where all the other shops were 'guessing' O2 sensors and even a fuel pump when I had just replaced it a few months prior. Since then, this is the only shop I will use- they are honest, not pushy, quick, with great customer service. I am currently laid-off from work and just recently went there to get my starter replaced; they gave me options, including a price-match to be affordable for me, and kept their quote exact when checking out. Best place I have found for my car throughout Eugene- I recommend this shop to all of my friends and family.

I took my car in for a 6 mo. checkup. Work is professional and well done. Clint at desk is very courteous and reviews what work was done. Office is pleasant to sit and relax while work is being done on my car I'm very pleased and will continue to use Prairie Rd for all car needs.

Having been misled and taken advantage of by other mechanics, I am quite leary. But a friend recommended Prarie Road Automotive and I am so glad she did. I believe these guys did a great job for me and did it honestly. I had not realized just how rough my car had been running lately. This morning, it is running like a dream! Thank you!!
