This is the best experience I have ever encountered with a car repair. Everyone was so kind and helpful with this process. My son’s van broke down in Eugene, and we live in Anacortes, WA. We had to drive to Eugene, and back to have the van towed. Prairie Road was so helpful in getting the work done in a timely manner. Staff were very courteous and helpful with this process at each step. They were also helpful and supportive of our time and ability to drive back to Eugene to pick up the Van. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair.
