I always feel confident, when I drop off my car for repairs, maintainance or check ups, that the assessment will be thorough, the work done well, and in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is courteous, relaxed and personable. I appreciate that, as well as their competence.

There are many very "good" auto shops around Eugene but few "great" auto shops around Eugene. All these shops do what they do very well and customers rarely have problems. So how do you know if you have a "good" shop or a "great" shop? You can tell by what happens when you do have a problem; do they point fingers and blame others or do they take responsibility and make sure the customer is taken care of? Even though the work done recently was to my complete satisfaction I still had a problem when I picked my vehicle up with a missing part, although I didn't realize I had the issue until after I got home. I called Clint and instead of pointing fingers and blaming others (the problem was almost certainly caused my an outside shop they had to use to make a repair to my vehicle) he took full responsibility and guaranteed it would be taken care of. They had to order a part to correct the issue, at their expense, and within 2 days they had the part and made me complete. This effort took me from being a potential "ex-customer" to being a loyal customer and showed me Prairie Road Automotive is indeed a "great" shop. Keep up the great work!

Hello, Sadly, these ratings come so quickly. In truth, I am a person that bases my opinions off as much data as possible. My past experiences with Prairie Road Automotive was a 5 star I believe. Like the last experience, the people I met during this experience, June 2014, gave 5 star service. Still, I need to drive my car for a while to make sure it is working effectively after the repair and I have not done so. On the overhand, the average has been 5 star so far so I give you another 5 star!
