I was delighted with my experience at Prairie Road Automotive. It's wonderful to have a shop of this high quality in our area. I brought in an old vehicle to see if it was worth trying to repair to get some more miles on it. Luke didn't try to sell me services that the truck didn't need. In fact he said he wouldn't put any money into the poor old thing. From setting the appointment through follow-up, I was impressed with the professionalism. The shop is clean. There just wasn't anything I could suggest for improvement. And thanks for the popcorn. My old vehicle is now in hospice care, staying close to home.....and Jerry's of course.

I don't know where to start, OK yes I do, they are GREAT . We have been taking our cars there for 15 years and we have been treated like good friends while their work had been perfect. From coming out to diagnose my Mustang (heat related sensor issue) to helping fix our truck with a last minute issue at 4:00pm on a Friday. Bill and Shawn run a great team. We now live 2 hours away, but we still find a way to pop down when we need them.We give them a firm 10 out of 10.
