I did not have an appointment and Prairie Road Automotive was busy. I explained the issue I was having and that I would need it done early that afternoon. The job was done when I arrived later that day even though they had other vehicles to take care of.

I have been taking my vehicles to Prairie Road Automotive for a couple of years now. The friendliness of the staff is wonderful. I have been well cared for and my vehicles kept running in great condition. I highly recommend them.

Service is always professional. Vehicle is diagnosed and all work completed in a timely manner. Communication is excellent. Have had various vehicle repairs in the past and will return when necessary. Popcorn is expensive.

They even came all the way to south Eugene to pick me up at the end of their work day so I could have my truck back that much sooner. They are honest and provide good value for the money.
