Thank you for your prompt attention to our cars needs. The service was great, the personnel extremely courteous and attentive and delivery of the vehicle back was on time and the work done as required and the price competitive.

PRA goes the limit when it comes to helping their customers. They have even come out to my house to check out my vehicle first to make sure it would not be damaged more if i drove it to their shop for repair. Their work has always been done in a professional manor on all my vehicles and i can not thank them enough for their great service. I highly recommend PRA and am thankful they are here..... Not the cheapest or the most expensive shop in town but the work is done right the first time and they are honest and professional Definitely will recommend them to others.

They didn't even charge me for labor and the time invested making sure my car was safe by keeping it overnight and double checking about my concerns. I was so surprised! Plus they always pick me up and/or take me where I need to go while they have my vehicle in their garage.

I can't say enough good things about Prairie Road Automotive. I have taken my car to them for over 5 years. The mechanics are super and the owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. They are by far the best auto shop I have ever known.
