My family has been coming to Prairie for several years from oil changes to major repairs. Donavan and the crew are the best!!! They are always polite and do a great job!! I don't trust anyone else to work on my car or my family car's. Even my own children use Prairie now. I just had my Ford Focus in for a thermostat problem, the car was towed in on Friday late got the car back Tuesday. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you Donavan and his crew!!!

Excellent customer service, the estimates are clear and understandable, and you can even approve them online. We were able to get in very quickly, and they even went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the answers we needed. Definitely recommend!

Prairie Road Automotive took really good care of us. We had some car issues out of state, they sent us to one of the mechanics within their network & made sure we were taken care of there, then checked everything out once we returned home.
