We were traveling I5 on vacation and broke down in Eugene. Stuck. After calling several shops in the area we got so lucky to find Prarie Road automotive. Not only did they get us in the same-day, when clearly they were super busy and when everyone else was booked a week out, they went above and beyond to get us back on the road despite several issues with our rig. Including giving us a ride and recommending a place to stay for the night. We were off and on our way the next morning. THANK YOU to Mike for absolutely making things happen and to Cody for taking good care of us. These folks are honest and extremely skilled.6 stars! Highly, highly recommended.👍😎
Oh my gosh the people at Prairie Road Auto are so incredibly kind and helpful! I was traveling cross country and had stopped in Eugene, when before I departed the next morning I noticed my front skid plate was almost coming off. I called around, and got in touch with Prairie Road Auto and they fixed my car up in 20 minutes without even an appointment! The team was super knowledgeable and so kind and helpful, they made my day and made it so I could get on the road without any delays! Huge shoutout to Cody, Mike and Ben for all their help, they are incredible employees and are kind humans. I will be moving to Eugene in July and I know just where to go if I have any car issues. The Best!
Awesome, nice, and genuinely kind people. They directed and helped me to get my car fixed through the manufacturer warranty, even though they could have played mum and made money off me. Most definitely taking my car(s) there if I ever need any services.

I was stranded in Eugene and I can’t say enough about Lindsey and everyone at Prairie Road Automotive. They were busy, yet made time to repair my truck and did an outstanding job.
It’s rare that you find honest, reliable and caring mechanics but these guys are it.
I live on the coast and will make the trip to Eugene to have future repairs and maintenance done. That’s how much they impressed me.

New in town, we first used Prairie Road Automotive because my late sister had a great experience where they went above and beyond enforcing the warranty for a rebuilt motor that had failed after installation in Florida. No one else would help her, but PRA got the motor replaced under warranty.
We have a lot of cars and in 3 years, I think PRA has worked on every one of them and we couldn’t be happier. With our 2016 one ton Chevy truck, they not only diagnosed and solved its problems, they communicated every step of the way of their diagnosis and were completely transparent regarding options and costs of each. We were shocked when they pointed out that some of the issues were still under warranty and urged us to take it to the dealer for those repairs! We also bought a ‘cherry’ older used Jeep that had spent many years on the Oregon coast and had a number of mysterious issues that probably related to the salty environment. Again, they worked with us on keeping the price of repairs down and prioritizing the best order in which to solve them. Our 2018 Lexus SUV had an oil leak in the differential, and PRA proposed repairs to the differential rather than replacement (expensive and the only solution offered by the dealership). The Lexus is still going strong and we saved a ton of money.We highly recommend Prairie Road Automotive if you want excellent work, a fair price and no games.

The team at Prairie Rd. Automotive was very responsive to my quote request and communicated well regarding parts arrival and scheduling a time for repairs. We ran into a challenge through the service process but they stood behind their work and delivered my vehicle with the repairs just as they promised. I recently had my Ford Explorer in for everything that goes wrong on a Ford ecoboost motor. The price was what I expected and what Mike told me it would be, the turnaround was not. They had everything done in less than 2 weeks, the work they did would have taken our local Ford dealer 5 months. I will be taking all of my vehicles here for service.

All the folks who work here are great. I was recently involved in an accident and my insurance company was difficult to deal with, to say the least. Lindsay did a wonderful job working with my insurance company and the mechanics did fine repair work. If you need work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.
Super helpful with my son’s Jeep Compass. They diagnosed the issue and were able to solve it quickly. Very friendly service and responsive. Def recommend!

Prairie Rd Automotive has taken care of my car since I bought it 2016. They are friendly, helpful, very professional. I appreciate them keeping the maintenance/repair history up to date, and letting me know when a maintenance item needs taken care of.
I had multiple lights going off in my dashboard and needed to get my car looked at immediately. I called Prairie Road and they got me in to do a diagnostic right way. That day I had a list of repairs that needed to be made and was on my way with a loaner car that had been freshly detailed. A few days later, my car was all fixed and I was back on the road.
