We have a lot of cars and in 3 years, I think PRA has worked on every one of them and we couldn't be happier. With our 2016 one ton Chevy truck, they not only diagnosed and solved its problems, they communicated every step of the way of their diagnosis and were completely transparent regarding options and costs of each. We were shocked when they pointed out that some of the issues were still under warranty and urged us to take it to the dealer for those repairs! We also bought a 'cherry' older used Jeep that had spent many years on the Oregon coast and had a number of mysterious issues that probably related to the salty environment. Again, they worked with us on keeping the price of repairs down and prioritizing the best order in which to solve them. Our 2018 Lexus SUV had an oil leak in the differential, and PRA proposed repairs to the differential rather than replacement (expensive and the only solution offered by the dealership). The Lexus is still going strong and we saved a ton of money.We highly recommend Prairie Road Automotive if you want excellent work, a fair price and no games.
