Bill & Clint are AWESOME. We had a problem with our truck that resulted in a warranty claim with the dealership. Both of them dealt with the dealership FOR US, and fixed a related problem with no sweat. Bill and crew have also helped our kids with problems from 300 miles away–making sure they were taken care of properly, and reassuring us that they were getting what they needed at another shop! I trust them, they know what they are doing, and will go WAY beyond just fixing your car to take care of YOU. You might be able to find a cheaper repair, but you won’t find a better one. Car repair is just too complicated to trust just anyone, and you need someone who see the person who drives the car, too. Go to Prairie Rd. You guys ROCK!!!!

Excellent First Experience

Although a simple visit for a basic oil change they were very efficient and thorough in completing the task, including inspecting the entire vehicle looking for issues that could become problems later. The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel my business was valued by them. There is no question I will go back and they will become my regular shop for all my automotive needs.
